Free: One-Day Vacuum Course on CTI Cryopumps and Granville-Phillips Gauges:
Location: Helix Support Center in San Jose. The course
covers the theory and operation of cryogenic pumping, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance such as purging helium lines and adsorber
replacement. The gauge training covers the theory and operation of ion and Convectron gauges, calibration, etc. For a detailed course
